The open heart sterling earrings measures are: A bit over 1/2" or 13 mm in Diameter. 3/16 " or 5 mm in thickness. The earrings being made of SOLID 18K Rose gold have a great feel because of their weight & have a smooth satin finish with BEAUTIFUL Vintage 2.0mm Full Cut Faceted White Diamonds each ... They also have , as a special feature tiny diamonds on the "i" of each letter :) The backs will be posts with medium heavy pushbacks. Other stones such as Blue Ceylon Sapphires Chocolate ,Cinnamon & Black Diamonds as well as Rubies, Sapphires (White,yellow & green), & Emeralds are also available as a replacement for the Pink Sapphire at NO ExTRA CHARGE Available also in 14K ,18K & platinum upon request.
