| Product Features | Details:Billecart-Salmon puts heavy importance on its history, naming this Rosé Champagne after one of its founders, Elisabeth Salmon. The Elisabeth Salmon Rosé is not released in chronological order, but when head winemaker François Domi believes it is ready. The 2008 is vibrant in appearance, with a chalky finish and full body; despite its youthful taste, this Champagne can be aged comfortably up until 2035. About Billecart-Salmon Founded after the union of Nicolas François Billecart and Elisabeth Salmon, the family-owned Billecart-Salmon has blended Champagne for over two centuries. Guided by the motto "quality over quantity," the House employs gentle pressing and slow fermentation to reveal the purity of fruit and the elegance of its terroir. | ||
