A switchable high-pass filter at 80 Hz is also included to remove undesired low-frequency noise and rumble. The compact microphone is easy to place on any camera with a 3.5mm microphone socket or on a boom pole. It includes a built-in shock mount that reduces background noise-generating unwanted vibrations.
