Crafted in Germany, these feature high-carbon steel blades and genuine stag (antler) handles, perfect for a lodge-style kitchen or vintage barware collection.Brand: Kirks (Germany).Handles: Stag horn with natural ridges and rich color.Blades: High-carbon stainless steel; one smooth edge for slicing and one serrated edge for gripping skin/bone. Features a built-in bone-breaker notch.Mechanism: Strong, original internal coil spring with a functional safety locking latch.Condition: Great vintage condition. The spring is snappy and the handles are secure with no cracks. Minor surface wear to the metal consistent with age.
