| Product Features | Rare Mid 19th Century Carved Ebony Workbox. This has lots of ware but is very solid. The lock does not work. It is very heavy. I’m not totally sure what it is but all the listings came up with this. These have sold at auction for a lot of money. MAKE OFFERThe image shows an Anglo-Indian carved ebony box, likely from the 19th century. These boxes were often crafted in regions like Sri Lanka (then Ceylon) or Nagina in British India, known for their skilled artisans.
