Genuine sapphire & diamond pendant is crafted entirely from 1.3 grams of 10K gold with .02ct in white diamond accents & a .12ct genuine blue sapphire gemstone. Diamond studded pendant bail can easily accept chains up to 1.5mm in thickness (chain is not included). Pendant has a 7/8 inch total drop from top to bottom.
