Sky blue velvet lines the waist & vertical wrap seam. Skirt closes with metal hooks/latches; two large decorative velvet-covered buttons. Fully lined in nylon/acetate. Excellent vintage condition; a bit of liner discoloration. Very high quality construction and lovely unusual fabric make this skirt very unique.Vintage size 10; estimate size X-SMALL.
