| Product Features | 18k Sapphire CharmPendant September birthstone 3D charm pendant. Charm measures 5/8" in length by 5/8" in width (measuring without bale) and a 5/16" thickness. Each natural sapphire measures 2mm in diameter for approximately 2ctw. The inside opening of the bale measures 3.5mm in diameter. Charm weighs 1.5 grams anPLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE PURCHASING Some are one of a kind custom made and cannot be found again. Some items are newer like QVC or HSN.
