It was worn only the one time during the ceremony, and since then, safely stored in a closet.The bowtie is indeed included! Foam head NOT included.There is no damage to the hat, and it is in like-new condition! The little thread tabs you might see in the photos by the bow is simply stitch-work to bind the ribbon to the hat, it is not fray or damage. Smoke-free home!
