The hem looks like it may have been shortened, you can see the line on the underside. Part of the hem in the front is thicker, so it probably wasn’t folded correctly when it was shorted. You can easily change/fix it if it bothers you. The lining is all intact and looks great, but there are a few areas where the color isn’t black anymore (see photo). It doesn’t show when worn, and may just be from age, I’m not sure why it’s like that. The loop for the hook (above the zipper) is rather stretched out.
